RETURN POLICY: We will be happy to refund you for your order if you choose to return your order within 15 days of receipt of your order. The items MUST be un-used and in good re-sellable condition. You will be refunded for the items less shipping. Be sure to E-mail us with return instructions. Should the return be due to an error, you will receive a replacement or refund in full. Damaged or missing item claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please E-mail us to make arrangements for refunds or damage claims.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you would like to cancel an order that you have placed, do so immediately. Simply E-mail us with your cancellation. If you wait a couple of days, your order may have been shipped. Orders that have already been shipped or boxed, may incur a 20% re-stocking fee, If the package has been shipped, you may return the order to us and we will refund you less the shipping costs.
